Michael is a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly with upstream gathering systems, trunklines, transmission pipelines and associated infrastructure, at many levels from design and commissioning to project engineering and management.
He has extensive experience as a design and project delivery lead, as well as, within pipeline and facilities construction and commissioning teams. He has managed capital and operational budgets, successfully delivered projects on schedule and to standard, by establishing and maintaining clear communication and shared understandings with all stakeholders.
Michael has diverse experience with design and analytical packages such as AutoCAD and Navisworks, Solidworks and Caesar II to validate compliance with piping and structural codes and for operability, SIMOP's and safety reviews.
Starting his engineering career in manufacturing, Michael’s petroleum facility experience would transfer well into either a plant and building services or minerals processing environment.

Sherena has a diverse background focused on supporting the training, operations and Indigenous engagement needs of major resources and community-focused organisations in Western Australia. With over 25 years in Aboriginal Affairs, Sherena has an exceptional understanding of cultural practice, protocols and heritage and in the Kimberley and Pilbara – particularly within the Broome and Derby regions.
Currently a Director on Nyamba Buru Yawuru and Kimberley Aquaculture Aboriginal Corporation, Sherena seeks to add value to, and build the capacity of, remote economic and social enterprise and development.
With experience in training and competency verification and excellent public administration skills, her professional background includes project and program management, finance, systems and procedures, submission writing, promotion and marketing, strategic and operational planning, and mentoring colleagues both young and old.
Melvyn has 28 years’ experience in the resources industry, working across onshore and offshore Oil & Gas, surface and underground mining operations, and construction and maintenance operations in both office and site-based capacities (including FIFO).
His background is in Diverse Service Work scope, work pack developer, Planning, NAVIS Works Model shots, Isometric drawings, Cert IV Training & Assessment, QAQC Inspections and Audits.
An excellent communicator with good character, Melvyn has strong interpersonal skills and a track record of leading by example, developing good working relationships at all levels and integrating seamlessly into teams.

Gavin has recently become available after working for eight years with Chevron on the Wheatstone and Jansz-Io Compression Project.
He is a valued contributor with 20+ years of international oil and has experience in management and leading roles covering interface, risk, change management, engineering design, fabrication, general, proposals and business development.
His recent experience includes digital transformation of a management of change system. Prior to Chevron Gavin worked for six years in Thailand in an EPIC Company with 30 direct reports that provided engineering support and fabrication services to local, regional and Australian companies.
He has accrued strong cross discipline experience and knowledge in technical, commercial, HES and QA/QC functions.
Gavin is an experienced influencer and communicator to all project stakeholders such as owner teams, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, site workers and government representatives.
Kate is an experienced Logistics Officer with a background in the oil & gas sector. Kate has provided logistics support for major oil & gas projects such as Wheatstone for her client Chevron. Prior to her logistics role she was an all-rounder working on the Wheatstone Project, providing a wide range of services from administration, mobile plant operations and assisting on-site trades staff where required.
Kate is an excellent communicator and problem solver, who is highly adaptive to change and new tasks.
